My newton scooter relates to newtons first law, the first law states that an object keeps moving unless friction stops it or it is acted upon by an unbalance force acts upon it, and that if an object is at rest it stays at rest. This relates to my scooter because the ballon is the force that makes my scooter move, and the reason it stops moving is because the friction between the wheels and the ground is to strong for the scooter to keep moving.
